□Staff must wash their hands before servicing each customer and wear a mask.
□Please comply with the following protocols before visiting our salon/studio:
Providing Body Maintenance Service (Personal Service)
□For our treatment where physical distancing cannot be maintained and other control measures such as barriers cannot be used, masks should be worn to reduce the risk of transmission. We will require clients to wear masks for our service to protect workers. We will ask workers should also wear masks to protect clients. We are providing masks for clients who have not brought their own.
□We might restrict or prohibit services identified as “high risk” where appropriate controls cannot be implemented. This may include facials areas that require close contact over extended periods and where clients cannot wear masks.
□We are using a towel for each client and also during treatment, there is no skin contact as the client stays completely clothed.
□We established handwashing practices that include washing hands before and after every client. We avoid touching the face (eyes, nose, and mouth) while providing services to clients.
Do NOT visit us if:
□You have had symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days; symptoms include fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and new muscle aches or headache;

□You have arrived from outside of Canada, or if you are a contact of a confirmed case to self-isolate for 14 days and monitor for symptoms.
□You are encouraged to bring and wear a mask.
□You will be asked about your physical conditions before coming into the salon/studio.
□You will be asked to sanitize your hands when entering our salon/studio.
(please advise us if you have alcohol allergies).
□You will be required to attend the salon/studio alone.
(please do not bring family and friends).
□You will be required to wait outside until your appointment time.
□You will be required to show up on time for your appointment as we need to take extra steps (e.g. sanitization of the equipment/tools) to accommodate all of our customers’ appointments.
If you are late by 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.
